Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks, manage office operations, and oversee all departments to ensure smooth functioning and improve employee engagement and productivity.
2. Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership to the administrative team, set goals, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Policy & Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and regularly update administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Resource & Operational Management: Manage the administrative budget, streamline processes, oversee procurement, and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Communication & Strategic Support: Serve as a liaison between departments and senior management, contribute to strategic planning, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
