• Designation – Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager (Government Sales , Builders and Contractors , Commercial segment)
• Department - Commercial segment
• Qualification – Any Graduate (Preferably B.E. / B.Tech)
• Work Timings – 9:30 PM – 6 :30 PM
• Working Days – Monday-Saturday;6 days working only first Saturday is off
• Work Location – Mumbai , Chennai , Bangalore
• Salary (Min & Max) – Best in the market

  Job Description
  • Marketing and Selling to the High-End Commercial, Industrial, Façade and Outdoor Lighting Projects through Specifiers like Architects, Consultants, Contractors Lighting Project Consultants, End users (Corporates/ Green Field Projects) etc.
  • Getting the product approved by Specifiers.
  • Developing and nurturing the project funnel.
  • Working with customers on understanding requirements. Making technical and commercial proposals.
  • Project mapping & order closure Generating various reports and analyzing for the business development.
  • Manage the database of specifiers, users etc. and execute customer engagement programs.
  • Gather extensive market information on products. Conduct market mapping & analyze market information to identify products growth possibilities & opportunities for new product. Sales Functions (MUST) • Having a penchant for numbers
  • Has been involved / is keen to be involved in solution selling.
  • A self-starter, motivated, initiated, enterprising Requirement:
  • Experience in Project Sales
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
