We are looking for an experienced and result- oriented Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in crankshaft and engineering component manufacturing.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely customer deliveries and payments.   Experience: Minimum 7 Years Industry: Crankshaft & Engineering Component Manufacturing Job Location: Rajkot or on site PAN India as per mutual discussion   Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate sales inquiries, and drive business growth in the crankshaft and engineering component manufacturing industry. Sales & Inquiry Management: Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial customer inquiry and quotation to negotiation, order confirmation, and finalization. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits, understand customer requirements, maintain strong business relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. Order & Delivery Management: Monitor order status and ensure timely customer deliveries as per committed schedules. Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and the finance team to ensure timely payment realization and adherence to agreed payment terms. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and manage departmental documentation, sales records, customer correspondence, inquiry details, quotations, order records, and other relevant documents. Sales Planning: Track business inquiries, customer requirements, sales targets, and order pipelines to support business growth. Customer Support: Address customer concerns, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.   Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7 years of sales experience in crankshaft manufacturing, automotive engineering components, or related engineering component manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of industrial sales, customer handling, business development, and order management. Proven ability to generate inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Experience coordinating with cross-functional departments for production, quality, dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintaining sales documentation, reports, and customer records.
