Post: Maintenance Shift In charge    Education: DEE / BE Electrical    Experience: Min 6 Years in Rolling Mill / Steel Industry   Job Profile: Working in a general shift, make daily job planning, manpower planning as per rolling section. Responsible for doing pm-1(preventive maintenance) jobs .shift schedule and daily checklist follow-up, Responsible for Electrical & Automation Maintenance of 600-meter long HAPL Line consist of Entry section, RCM Welder,6-HI Cold / Hot Rolling Mill, Furnace, Scale Breaker, Shot- Blaster, Pickling, Entry-Mill & Exit Loppers & exit Section. Responsible for handling all maintenance related activities of ABB PLC's,AC Drives,AC Motors and DCS 800xA System and LT and HT switch Gears used in the plant  Knowledge in logic solving in control panels & various interlocking schemes required for automation and analyzing all drawings related to automation & control systems. Instrumental in coordinating with various internal departments and contractor personnel for safe execution of shutdowns and ensuring implementation of routine/preventive/breakdown maintenance schedules of the system to increase machine uptime, equipment reliability thereby.
