Client & Project Management
-Demonstrate ability to critically analyze information received and handle client interaction at backend -Carrying on business development by finding relevant startup deals through our internal and network, external network, attending events, working closely with fellow VC networks, etc. Participating in demo days and deal calls to identify the ideal startup that aligns with investment thesis -Responsible for the complete life cycle of investment including deal sourcing, deal screening & due diligence, market research, deal structuring, executing definitive agreements, investments, portfolio monitoring & facilitating divestment -Undergoing industry analysis and competitive analysis of the startups onboarded -Conducting preliminary due diligence on the target startups from finance, operations and commercial perspective -Assistance in the preparation of financial models, validating valuation assumptions, and financial analysis of the target startups -Assistance in preparation of valuation exercise, preparation of valuation reports along with necessary documents including but not limited to MR letter, NDA, etc. -Acting as the SPOC for the founders of the startups curated by you and taking full responsibility of the deliverables forming part of the relevant deal -Preparation of all the necessary risk documents including but not limited to engagement letter, NDA, addendum, etc. -Assistance in onboarding investors, venture partners, and investor networks -Assistance in organizing periodic events for the founders, investors, and other stakeholders in target cities -Evaluating potential startup deals, onboarding them, and liaisoning with various stakeholders associated with the project to maintain good relations with them -Acting as the SPOC for the relevant set of investor connections made during the business development process -Understanding various risk areas about the clients allocated at the start of the various engagements and ensure that all the risk documents or emails are in place -Any other client-related tasks as the case may require -Responsible for end-to-end operations of the accelerator program to facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities between startups, corporates, and investors while providing strategic and operational support to startups in areas such as business planning, market analysis, technology development, and funding
Business Research:
-Tracking of relevant sectors and key participants in the industry
-Compile and analyze reliable statistical data and analyze it using modern and traditional
methods
-Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT, and GAP analysis
-Provide competitive analysis on various company’s market offerings, identifying market
trends, understanding the business model and their key strategy and operations
-Preparing an Industry research report on various topics concerning the relevant
industries
-Preparing an advisory note or a presentation on various topics concerning the relevant

-As and when required, assisting the manager in interviewing various individuals for the
