We are looking for dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.
'What you’ll be doing:
?Ensuring that recruitment target & timelines are managed well
?Evaluating and modifying current recruiting procedures if needed
?Overseeing and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team
?Identifying and utilizing various hiring tools/portals and recommend the best for the team as per need
?Collaborating with lead for future hiring needs
?Ensuring right talent is hired via our assessment center usage
?Coordinating with department leads for final round of interviews and for the constant feedback
?Coordinating with consultancies, placement committees as per the organization need
?Maintaining track of ongoing profiles and sharing updates with leads on a regular basis
?Communicating with departments leads to get a clear view on hiring needs and organizational goals
?Negotiating offers with selected candidates and coordinating the process
?Maintaining and sharing various reports with the internal and external team
