Responsibilities:
●Serve as the primary point of contact of the Partner, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
●Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
●Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
●Assist in drafting and editing documents, letters, and other communications.
●Coordinate with other team members and departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
●Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
●Maintain the office calendar, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are accurately recorded.
●Assist in tax-saving initiatives by organizing relevant documentation and liaising with the accounting team.
●Managing Social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting the firm's services.
●Handle ticketing and travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and timely bookings.
●Assist in billing processes and ensuring accuracy. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree
●Proven experience of at least 1 year as a PA or Administrative Assistant.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
●Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
●Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
●Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
●Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
●Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
