Job Summary  We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to promote our HRMS Software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling,  email marketing, generating qualified leads, and coordinating meetings with the Sales Team.    Key Responsibilities  ∙Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.   ∙Explain the features and benefits of the company's HRMS Software to potential  customers.   ∙Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email marketing.   ∙Identify customer requirements and conduct regular follow-ups.   ∙Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales Team.   ∙Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.   ∙Update and manage the lead database regularly.   ∙Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.   ∙Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.     Required Skills  ∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   ∙Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.   ∙Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).   ∙Ability to work in a target-driven environment.   ∙Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.     Qualification & Experience  ∙Graduate in any discipline.   ∙1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support.   ∙Experience in B2B sales or software/IT industry will be an added advantage.     Compensation  ∙Performance-based incentives may be offered.     Preferred Candidate Profile  ∙Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.   ∙Good organizational and time management skills.   ∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Key Responsibilities:     ∙Define and implement QA strategy across projects.  ∙Lead a team of QA engineers and coordinate with global delivery teams.  ∙Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.  ∙Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, including ISO/CMMI.  ∙Engage in client discussions, audits, and reviews.  ∙Mentor junior testers and support process improvements.      Technical Skills:     ∙Strong background in enterprise-level QA across manual and automation.  ∙Must have experience in client communication and should have strong Communication Skills.  ∙Deep understanding of test strategies, planning, and execution.  ∙Must have experience into payment system experience.  ∙Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.  ∙Experience with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).  ∙Leadership skills and experience in client-facing roles.  ∙Should be able to work as an independent performer.      Technical Skills [MUST HAVE]:  Strong command on English, Automation Testing, Payment    Gateway Testing, Database Testing, International Client Communication, Fin Tech Projects
