Job Summary:
The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Sales) will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients to drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers in corporates, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new corporate clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
Present and promote products/services tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
Work with internal teams (product, legal, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to clients.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in [banking/insurance/telecom/financial services].
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
