Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITOM solutions within ServiceNow to enhance IT operations and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and ensure CMDB data accuracy.
- Optimize IT workflows and automate processes using Workflows, Flow Designer, and Scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance ITOM capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM best practices, and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
