Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for open positions.
- Utilize recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events to attract qualified candidates and build a pipeline of talent.
- Effectively work with headhunters, recruitment agencies and HR consultants to efficiently recruit candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference checks, background checks, and verification of credentials, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with HR management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, training and development programs, and policy development and implementation.
- Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management systems to set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, assess performance against objectives, and identify opportunities for development and improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and HRIS data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Location: BKC, Mumbai HQ / Chembur
Working days- Mon to Sat- alternate Sat's off
Working time- general 9 hours
