Job Role:-

·         To develop the Agri business – Project Finance and working capital facilities to Agri related industries and Agri commodity funding
·         Ensure SOH and fresh disbursement Month on Month from team
·         Ensure portfolio quality
·         Ensure minimum Post disbursement documentation for the location
·         Ensure quality and primary credit of the deals
·         Ensure development and training of channel partners, Liability team and Direct Sales Team
·         Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRA, Team work, motivation and support to the team.
·         Ensure smooth and auto function at location.
·         Ensure productivity
·         Ensure that Customer requirements are serviced at the local level.
·         Ensure that customer complaints are solved within minimum time.

Job Requirements : -

·         Knowledge of Working capital loans viz, CC, OD, WCDL
·         Knowledge of Trade/Forex transactions and related asset products
·         Post graduate/MBA
·         4-7 Years of experience (Relevant experience 2 year plus for small locations)
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills
·         Knowledge of local area, strong networking and negotiation skill,
·         Working knowledge of finance (Understanding of audited financials)
·         Basic Knowledge of mortgages and properties, Functional knowledge of MS-office
