Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing Sales of Home Loan Products -Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads.
• Implement & develop sales activities to achieve the target.
• Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
• Responsibilities include the development, preparation, and promotion of home loan programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
• Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, and coordinate for disbursement of loans.
• Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
• Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in Home Loan Sales
• Should have good communication
• Having good knowledge of Pune Market.
• prospecting and identifying new leads through telephone
• Follow-up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
• Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.
• Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.
