Job Description:

Job Role : Production Manager
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for planning, coordinating and control of the manufacturing processes
 Ensuring that the products are manufactured efficiently and production batches of right quantity are produced at the required level of cost and quality.
 Oversee the production process.
 Prepare and maintain production schedule
 Determination of resources required for production
 Increase production, capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
 Develop C help in the development of quality documents including SOPs, work instructions C related formats
 Review the implementation C efficiency of SOPs and work instructions.
 Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
 Communication and coordination among different departments
 Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
 Supervise and motivate team of workers
 Review worker performance
 Identify training needs
Authorities:
 Authorized for taking corrective and preventive action.
 Authorized for implementing SOPs in the respective Section.
 Authorized to stop the productions in case of any problem.
 Authorized for maintenance of environment condition.
