Job Description:
- Designation – Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
- Department - Builders & Contractors
- Qualification – Any Graduate (Preferably B.E. / B.Tech)
- Work Timings – 9:30 PM – 6 :30 PM
- Working Days – Monday-Saturday;6 days working only first Saturday is off
- Work Location – Mumbai , Chennai , Bangalore
- Salary (Min & Max) – Best in the market

- Experience – 6 years
- • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to effectively penetrate the builder and contractor market segment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers to position GM Modular as the preferred provider of modular solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the needs of builders and contractors.
• Co-ordinating the project team in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the builder and contractor segment.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, optimize resource allocation, and maximize overall business performance. Sales Functions (MUST)
• Having a penchant for numbers
• Has been involved / is keen to be involved in solution selling.
• A self-starter, motivated, initiated, enterprising Requirement:
• Experience in Project Sales
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
