PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: - Management of all activities within the Machine Shop and all other related operations of the company. Plan & schedule all shop activities for timely completion of customer req. Conducting daily production meeting and Co-ordination among various departments for timely completion of production schedules. Conceptualize and implement strict measures in operating procedures and equipments to optimize resource – Man, Machine, Method, Material /Capacity utilization.  Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations at all levels. Working on Process bottlenecks, plan B & plan C to improve the plant performance   Effective implementation of systems are of 5S, TPM-JH,KK,QM,PM, Safety, SOP’s, DMR, SAP, ISO/TS 16949, etc. Actions, analyse & monitor for non conformance by root cause analysis & elimination through ABC analysis, why-why (6W2H), fault tree analysis and various QC tools.
