Align research outcomes with target markets to identify product opportunities.
New Product R&D & Implementation: Lead tile formula adjustment, color design, and process parameter setting (e.g., forming, firing, glazing). Collaborate with factories to resolve technical challenges during R&D; coordinate sample production and performance testing (e.g., wear resistance, water absorption, stain resistance) to ensure products comply with international and domestic standards.
Product Sourcing: Develop and evaluate finished tile suppliers; verify supplier qualifications (e.g., production capacity, quality management system, certification credentials).
