Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Software Developer, ETL Developer or similar.
Proficient in Python, R, and SQL
Experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Store on Azure, Data Architecture for Enterprise cloud
Experience with SAP HANA Data Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud advantageous
Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data bricks and Spark creating multiple pipelines and activities
Using both Azure and On-Prem data stores for full and incremental data loads into a Cloud DW Should have experience working with Azure Data Factory V2.
Experience managing Azure Data Lakes and Data Lake Analytics and an understanding of how to integrate with other Azure Services
Experience with Azure SQL DW and other Azure Services pricing models.Understanding of when to use Azure SQL DW vs Azure SQL Server/DB and loading patterns to move data from blob or Azure Data Lake into Azure SQL DW
Understanding of the Overall solution design of how Power BI and Azure Analysis Services fits into Azure Architecture
Experience in Design EDW Data Models and make optimization/improvement recommendations
Experience in Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capacity to manage a pipeline of duties with minimal supervision. (Multi-tasker)
Complex problem-solving abilities and advanced leadership/communication skills.
Experience developing and maintaining standards, guidance and technical documentation

Role:
Monthly target achievements in terms of no. of MSME customers acquired and delivering volume & revenue targets:
This will require rate negotiations, customization of offering, managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis
Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every month. Compliment digital marketing efforts to opportunity generation, conversion and churning of leads
Team hiring, training, grooming, enablement and review towards delivery of assigned targets on a monthly basis

Analyzing the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness

Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years of total sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, out of which 3-4 years should be in the steel industry or inside sales leading a team
Good understanding of CRM like salesforce, leadsquared etc.
Great written and verbal communication skills, well organized individual with high achievement orientation, bias for action, self-drive and initiative
MBA preferred
