Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Biomedical Engineer who will play a dual and highly critical role in our Dubai operations: Obtaining the required healthcare professional license in Dubai, which is mandatory for selling and marketing hearing aid devices. Managing hearing aid marketing, business development, product promotions, and technical support for a minimum period of 3 years. The selected candidate will undergo product and audiology training in India and then relocate to Dubai to support the distributor and expansion of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Licensing & Regulatory Support
Assist in preparing, coordinating, and submitting regulatory documents.
Serve as the licensed healthcare/technical professional for the company for 3 years, as required for legal compliance related to selling and marketing hearing aids.
Hearing Aid Marketing & Sales
Visit ENT specialists, audiologists, hearing clinics, hospitals, and retailers.
Present and promote hearing aids effectively, explaining: amplification range, channels, Bluetooth features, feedback control, IP rating, battery/charging, fitting capabilities, etc.
Support sales growth, lead generation, and market penetration.
Participate in hearing screening camps, awareness drives, and marketing events.
Product Demonstration & Technical Support
Conduct product demos for clinic teams and endusers.
Provide basic fitting guidance (after training).
Handle firstlevel troubleshooting and coordinate with the India team for advanced technical queries.
Educate users on device handling, maintenance, hygiene, and care.
Market Development & Relationship Building
Build strong, long-term relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, clinics, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and provide market intelligence.
Strengthen brand visibility across Dubai through planned activities.
Coordination & Reporting
Prepare structured daily/weekly activity and visit reports.
Coordinate with the India team for product information, updates, and marketing material.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns and clinic engagement programs.
Candidate Requirements
B.Tech / M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering
Experience in hearing aids, ENT equipment, audiology devices, or any medical devices is an advantage.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong understanding of medical/technical concepts.
Confidence in meeting healthcare professionals.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai and commit for minimum 3 years.
