Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions.   10. Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups.    11. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills; leader; self-motivated; team player.   12. Must be able to travel 15% to 20%; must be able to speak English.
