Responsible for doing pm-1(preventive maintenance) jobs .shift schedule and daily checklist follow-up, Responsible for Electrical & Automation Maintenance of 600-meter long HAPL Line consist of Entry section, RCM Welder,6-HI Cold / Hot Rolling Mill, Furnace, Scale Breaker, Shot- Blaster, Pickling, Entry-Mill & Exit Loppers & exit Section. Responsible for handling all maintenance related activities of ABB PLC's,AC Drives,AC Motors and DCS 800xA System and LT and HT switch Gears used in the plant  Knowledge in logic solving in control panels & various interlocking schemes required for automation and analyzing all drawings related to automation & control systems.
