Role Description Market Research & Trend Tracking: Monitor the tile industry's popular colors (e.g., matte finish, continuous vein), specifications (e.g., large-format sintered stone, small-size antique tiles), and technological innovations (e.g., digital glaze, dry granular polishing). Align research outcomes with target markets to identify product opportunities. New Product R&D & Implementation: Lead tile formula adjustment, color design, and process parameter setting (e.g., forming, firing, glazing). Collaborate with factories to resolve technical challenges during R&D; coordinate sample production and performance testing (e.g., wear resistance, water absorption, stain resistance) to ensure products comply with international and domestic standards. Strong market insight, innovative thinking, and capabilities in supplier negotiation and cost control. Ability to accurately identify market needs and translate them into product and sourcing solutions. Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages. Proficiency in office software and relevant sourcing/design tools.
