Preventive maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of All Machine
Handling the maintenance (PM & BM) of CNC & VMC,HMC Machine
To do the maintenance of Leak Test Machines
Working on POKAYOKE, KAIZEN activities
To do the maintenance of SPM machine like drilling, Tapping, Reaming
To do the Troubleshooting and Maintenance of PLC
Doing necessary arrangements for the machine parts as per required situations
Kaizen for Existing and old machines
Followed 1S, 2S and TPM Process during working
Maintenance for Utility section - Compressors, Electric reading, on a Monthly basis
SAP related PM module PM Orders, Break down notifications, PR, service PR.
Conducting periodic checks to ensure the performance of various equipment
To make Breakdown Reports, PM Reports, Checksheet of Machine.
To maintain the records as per (ISO) MTBF, MTTR
Installation of a new machine.
