Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in mechanical valves to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of mechanical valves, their features, and applications.
  2. Client Interaction: Engage with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and address technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Territory Expansion: Identify potential customers and expand sales territories by building strong client relationships.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Training and Support: Provide product training to staff and work closely with application engineers to ensure proper product implementation.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and contribute to forecasting and sales reporting activities.
  7. Problem Solving: Assist customers with any product-related issues and recommend suitable improvements or solutions.
  8. Feedback Analysis: Collect client feedback to enhance sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineering background, preferably in mechanical or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
