We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Team Lead) to lead our international business development efforts. This role involves generating qualified leads, setting up high-value appointments, and building strong pipelines in the international market (US, UK, Europe, APAC, etc.). Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small team of BDMs while also being hands-on in individual contributions.
Identify and engage potential clients in international markets through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
Set up qualified appointments and meetings for the sales or senior leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a small BDM or sales team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
