We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the complex.
projects & product developments in the Off-Highway (Automotive)/Industrial automation solution industry.
The Asst. Project Manager/Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery,
including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, team
management, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
?Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
?Oversee project execution, ensuring that project teams are meeting project milestones, timelines, and budgets.
?Efficient cross-functional management by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
?Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
?Project expedition
?Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered to clients on time.
?Build and manage high-performance project teams, including recruiting and training team members.
?Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project deliverables.
?Continuously evaluate project management processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics
?Proven experience in Project Management in the Industrial/Automotive (off-highway) Automation solution industry.
?Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
?Strong learning and adaptive ability
?Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills for cross-functioning.
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
?Knowledge of Project management software tools like Microsoft Projects, Planner, etc
Experience: 1 - 5 years in managing Industrial/Automotive Automation projects.
