To do the maintenance CNC turning, Gedee Weiler
To Replace the Cylinder Seal, Hyd. Pump Seal, Pneumatic Cylinder
To do the maintenance of SPM machine like Wet end, End touch, Induction m/c.
Doing necessary arrangements for the machine parts as per required situations
Followed 1S, 2S and TPM Process during working
Maintenance for Utility section - Compressors, Electric reading, on Monthly basis
To make Breakdown Reports, PM Reports, Check sheet of Machine.
To maintain the records as per (ISO) MTBF, MTTR
Installation of new machine
