We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager operation to lead our CPC plant  operations in Odhisa India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process oriented CPC industry, with the ability to drive and ensure operational excellence.  Primary Responsibilities   Overall Plant Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the CPC plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.  Engineering and Maintenance: Oversee plant maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.   Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met, and implement quality control measures to improve  product quality.  Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.  Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of plant personnel, providing guidance and development opportunities.
