Work Experience: 8–10 Years in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Purchasing, Materials Management Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, required    1. A minimum of 8 years’ collective experience working in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, or similar functions and having casting and forging experience is a must.   2.Advanced knowledge of sourcing processes.    3. Knowledge of the RFQ Process, Cost Comparison, and Vendor Management   4. Knowledge of Negotiation Tools, ZBC, Cost Settlement, and Sourcing Strategy   5. Good Castings and Forging Supplier Base in Rajkot Region   6. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for assigned commodities   7. Excellent change management skills and demonstrated ability to lead change   8. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint    9. Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions.   10. Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups.    11. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills; leader; self-motivated; team player.   12. Must be able to travel 15% to 20%; must be able to speak English. 

To obtain complete knowledge of product.    Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.    Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.    Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.    Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.    To approach identify customers and convert them in our business.    To book order from customers & enter/ punch these orders in company System.    To provide new customer details.    To inform customer for order status/ dispatch plan.    To get feedback of customers and give it to management.    To achieve targeted goal for the month/ quarter and year.    To percolate policy and rate to the market.    Willing to have travel in the city/State as per company requirement.    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
