Collaborate with the quality control department to inspect incoming goods against standards; handle return, replacement, and claim procedures for non-conforming products. Monitor market price fluctuations and trade policy changes (e.g., tariff adjustments) to develop supply chain risk contingency plans. Maintain sourcing records and generate data analysis reports.   Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the tile industry, with proven expertise in both product development and finished product sourcing. Proficiency in the entire tile production process, product standards, and sourcing workflows. Strong market insight, innovative thinking, and capabilities in supplier negotiation and cost control. Ability to accurately identify market needs and translate them into product and sourcing solutions. Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages. Proficiency in office software and relevant sourcing/design tools.
