Good Knowledge of CNC Programming / Operating  Good Knowledge of Jig Fixture Operation of all Conventional, NC, and CNC machines in tool room. Tool Jigs & Fixture, etc. Manufacturing processes & process planning. CNC programming of HAAS, SIEMENS & FANUC controls. Plan & schedule all shop activities for timely completion of customer req. Conducting daily production meeting and Co-ordination among various departments for timely completion of production schedules. Conceptualize and implement strict measures in operating procedures and equipments to optimize resource – Man, Machine, Method, Material /Capacity utilization.  Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations at all levels. Working on Process bottlenecks, plan B & plan C to improve the plant performance   Effective implementation of systems are of 5S, TPM-JH,KK,QM,PM, Safety, SOP’s, DMR, SAP, ISO/TS 16949, etc. Actions, analyse & monitor for non conformance by root cause analysis & elimination through ABC analysis, why-why (6W2H), fault tree analysis and various QC tools. Active participation in developing the new components for process selection, process parameters, selection of tool & tooling’s w.r.t. quality & customer requirements. Process & manufacturing cost reduction by analysis & actions on losses, wastages(MUDAS), improvement in Takt time & implementing the concepts of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Pokayoke, 5S, Single piece flow, Automation, etc. Establish implement and maintain quality system and other documentation required as per ISO/TS 16949. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including strategic resource allocation and applying good manufacturing principles, organization structure, leadership, sourcing and integration, production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice.
