Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door
Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality
Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material
Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safetyConduct quality checks at various stages of production (cutting, pressing, finishing, ).
Ensure machinery and tools are maintained in proper working Maintain production records, prepare daily reports, and communicate progress to management.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Resolve any production-related issues promptly and effectively
Key Skills Requirements :
Diploma/ ITI / bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, or related
3–5years of experience as a supervisor in a wood or door manufacturing Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes (CNC, edge banding, pressing, ).
Ability to lead a team and manage manpower
Understanding of safety and compliance in a factory
Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP systems preferred).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational
