Collaborate with business, product, and sales teams to design solutions that solve real-world problems. Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and resilience across projects and domains.   Experience Required: 17–25 years of progressive experience in technology roles. At least 7+ years in senior/executive leadership positions. Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams, driving platform-led transformations, and leading enterprise-scale architecture. Proven leadership across multiple industries—ideally FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, or Industrial/Manufacturing.   Skills Stack: Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Architecture & Design: Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture Data & AI/ML: Data platforms, machine learning, analytics infrastructure DevOps & Operations: CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), Observability tools Methodologies: Agile, Lean, XP, and innovation delivery at speed.   Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
