The Asst. Project Manager/Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, team management, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
∙Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
∙Oversee project execution, ensuring that project teams are meeting project milestones, timelines, and budget.
∙Efficient cross functional management by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
∙Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
∙Project expedition
∙Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered to clients on time.
∙Build and manage high-performance project teams, including recruiting and training team members.
∙Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project deliverables.
∙Continuously evaluate project management processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
∙Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics
∙Proven experience as a Project Management in the Industrial/Automotive (off highway) Automation solution industry.
∙Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
∙Strong learning and adaptive ability
∙Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills for cross functioning.
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∙Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∙Knowledge of Project management software tools like Microsoft Projects, Planner, etc
