Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Enterprise Accounts team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy — identifying high-value prospects in the US AEC market, executing multi-touch outreach campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for our Enterprise Sales leadership.

Account Research & Mapping
•Research and identify enterprise-level accounts in the US AEC market

Outreach Execution
•Execute targeted outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
•Design and run structured multi-touch outreach campaigns across channels
•Engage multiple stakeholders within each account to drive consensus
Account Penetration & Pipeline Development
•Expand contact base within assigned accounts and deepen relationships over time
•Re-engage dormant leads and revive past opportunities with fresh value propositions
•Develop account penetration strategies in collaboration with sales leadership
Meeting Generation & Handover
•Book qualified meetings for Enterprise Sales leadership with the right stakeholders
•Ensure smooth meeting handovers with complete context, notes, and background research
•Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting quotas
CRM & Reporting
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM
•Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and account engagement levels
