Job Description:    Skills Expected of a Regional Sales Manager:     Exposure & experience to cater B2C & B2B clients.  Exposed to Superior sales and management skills with accomplishments all through his/her career.  Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.  More than 60 – 70 % travelling, candidate applying for this job must travel and control the -activities of sales and marketing representatives and agents.  Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes team development.  Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability.    Duties & Responsibilities:     Leading sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the GM / Director.  Should lead the Regional activities & drive to growth with team.  Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for sales team.   Product Demo Events / seminars for customers in your region will be continuous activity.   Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations with one to one meet.  Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region. Growth of region is RSM responsibility.  Appoint & develop team for growth of business & company.  Ensuring availability of as per target, Settlement of claims, selecting right distributor, Motivating entire team. Team Building, Select the right candidate, Target oriented, Maintaining customers relationships    Essential Functions:    Make daily customer visits. Follow-up on customer quotations. Perform basic relationship building on a daily basis.  Provide technical training or technical information to distributor sales staff.  Collect as much information regarding the sales process from distributors in the territory.  Will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and management of the sales territory & sales manager  Represent the company at open houses, trade shows, and industry groups.
