Sales & Inquiry Management: Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial customer inquiry and quotation to negotiation, order confirmation, and finalization. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits, understand customer requirements, maintain strong business relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Strong understanding of industrial sales, customer handling, business development, and order management. Proven ability to generate inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Experience coordinating with cross-functional departments for production, quality, dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintaining sales documentation, reports, and customer records.
