1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company)-  Legal as an enabler and support  function within the organization    2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this  job)  To check correctness and completeness of documentation and follow-up with business teams to close  the pendency’s within the defined timelines.  To co-ordinate with Business to ensure execution of documentation.  Follow the templates laid by the department to ensure standardization.   Advisory on structuring of a transaction and legal clearance for executed documents.  Maintain MIS/tracker  Drafting and sending Customized Legal Documents/Agreements, Notices.   To address the legal issues, queries raised and to providing legal support as and when required  To handle matters pertaining to Sec 138 NIA, Sec 25 of PASA, SARFAESI and Insolvency Proceedings.  3: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position)  Coordinating with internal stake holders  Ensuring Proper Documentation  Disbursals within TAT   

  Roles and Responsibilities:    ●Collaborate with stakeholders from Government, Academia, and Industry for PM- Gatishakti Gujarat project, focusing on data-driven governance.  ●Develop impactful ICT use cases and guidelines, especially for PM-Gatishakti Gujarat.  ●Contribute to the long-term sustainability of ICT infrastructure.  ●Standardize, validate, and maintain consistency of PM-GSG data uploads.  ●Establish a framework for regular data updates and integration with government portals.  ●Provide training to state officials on PM-GSG interpretation and data management.  ●Undertake tasks related to the GIS application and PM Gati Shakti Gujarat Master Plan.      Attributes:    ●B.Tech./MCA in Computers/M.Sc.(IT/CA)/IT/ ECE or any relevant field  ●Applicants must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in designing and architecting solutions for ICT GIS-based projects.  ●Experience working with Central and/or State Governments in implementing ICT projects, particularly GIS-based projects.  ●Strong technical and analytical abilities, and a knack for driving impact and growth.  ●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  ●Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Relevant Experience: - 1 years in International Marketing of chemicals / Fresher    Profile Description (responsibilities/ job description): - Will have to handle Marketing of chemicals. Should have  knowledge of E-Marketing, e.g., Alibaba, India mart, SEO, generating customer data from internet, finding company  and concern person through internet.    Job profile includes right from sourcing the material till E-marketing, data generation, finding customer, selling  material, correspondence with customers, till payment recovery, and closing the export deal.  Will have to calculate FOB, CIF, LCL, etc. costing and coordinate with CHA.  Will have to do Procurement of chemicals from reliable sources. It will be merchant exporting of chemicals and sales  of chemicals manufactured by our company. We are an ISO 9000 certified company and relative documentation will  have to be maintained.    Details of Job description will be discussed in interview.    Required Skill: -   Should be able to write, read and speak English fluently. Comfortable on computer to operate  word, excel, email and power point. Should have android based phone.
