 We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Team Lead) to lead our international business development efforts.  This role involves generating qualified leads, setting up high-value appointments, and building strong pipelines in the international market (US, UK, Europe, APAC, etc.).  The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and a passion for driving growth through strategic outreach.     Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of BDMs while also being hands-on in individual contributions. Identify and engage potential clients in international markets through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
