Designation: Maintenance Manager.
Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Must Required experience - Forging Experience, Forged automotive components,cold-forged parts, and high tensile fasteners.
Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to HVAC System, Water System, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boiler. (VFD settings, Panel modifications, Fault findings, etc)
Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH.
Coordinating with the service engineer to Handling the modification activities in the plant and ensuring safety norms with timely completion of work.
Able to understand all types of Single Line Diagram as well as drawings of HT and LT.
Maintenance & operation of electrical equipment including, motors, starters,
Commissioning and maintenance of sensors - Different types of RTDs, Thermocouples, Pyrometers, Pressure switches, Level sensors, Vibration switches, proximity sensors, Limit switches, Flowmeters, Control valves.
Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH, LT panel, HT Panel, and Diesel generator.
Daily verification of Diesel Generators, and coordinating with service engineers during schedules A, B, and C checks.
Experience: Min 7 Years
Candidate from Forging Shop.

Preventive Maintenance of all machines as per PM Schedule, Maintain history card & maintenance related data of Machine.
Control Panel wiring, Maintain unity P.f. of the plant.
Calculating MTTR, MTBF, Control the spares consumption.
Knowledge of MCC Panel, PCC Panel & APFC Panel, PLC, PNP sensors
Ensure availability of spare parts required for maintenance and raising PR
