Handling breakdowns of Shot blasting m/c, Magnaflux m/c, Heavy Grinder, Heat Treatment Furnace (Oil & Induction), LT & Ht Panel.
Preventive Maintenance of all machines as per PM Schedule, Maintain history card & maintenance related data of Machine.
Control Panel wiring, Maintain unity P.f. of the plant.
Calculating MTTR, MTBF, Control the spares consumption.
Knowledge of MCC Panel, PCC Panel & APFC Panel, PLC, PNP sensors
Ensure availability of spare parts required for maintenance and raising PR
Induction Billet Heater [Ibh] Coils Connection
Robot Connectors And Working Trial
Hoists Maintenance
Replacing Faulty Limit Switches, Proxy PNP Sensors
During Servicing Of Transformers Set Up Work And Dg Sets
