Active participation in developing the new components for process selection, process parameters, selection of tool & tooling’s w.r.t. quality & customer requirements. Process & manufacturing cost reduction by analysis & actions on losses, wastages(MUDAS), improvement in Takt time & implementing the concepts of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Pokayoke, 5S, Single piece flow, Automation, etc. Establish implement and maintain quality system and other documentation required as per ISO/TS 16949.
