We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Senior System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure across desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in resolving end-user desktop issues, administering physical and virtual servers, and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.  Experience & Skills:  ∙2-5 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.  ∙Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.  ∙Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs).  ∙Basic Platform knowledge of Azure  ∙Experience with remote support tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).  ∙Familiarity with PowerShell for basic automation (preferred).  ∙Excellent communication and customer service skills.  ∙Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across different time zones.  ∙Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), ITIL Foundation are a plus.
