Set up qualified appointments and meetings for the sales or senior leadership team. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine messaging and outreach strategies. Track and report key metrics, including the number of leads generated, appointments set, and pipeline development. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Mentor, train, and support junior BDMs to achieve team targets.    Required Skills & Experience   8+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in international markets. Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing a small BDM or sales team.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
