The role is to identify, qualify, and generate potential business opportunities for the IT sales team by researching target markets, engaging prospects, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. This role directly supports business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and sharing high-quality leads with the business team. Key Roles and Responsibilities Generate sales leads through LinkedIn, global business directories, industry platforms, and online databases. Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach to introduce company services. Qualify prospects based on project requirements, technology needs, and outsourcing potential. Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline. Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking systems. Follow up with prospects to move leads toward sales discussions.
