Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound calling, email handling, and chat process
Strong proficiency in English & Hindi communication
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic technical understanding (applications, system navigation, troubleshooting)
Comfortable working on weekends/holidays as required
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
