To make overall maintenance of VMC Machine
To do the Maintenance of Hass, AMS Make Machine
To Replace LM Guide, Spindle, Ball Screw, Regulating Wheel.
To do the maintenance CNC turning, Gedee Weiler
To Replace the Cylinder Seal, Hyd. Pump Seal, Pneumatic Cylinder
To do the maintenance of SPM machine like Wet end, End touch, Induction m/c.
Doing necessary arrangements for the machine parts as per required situations
Followed 1S, 2S and TPM Process during working
Maintenance for Utility section - Compressors, Electric reading, on Monthly basis
To make Breakdown Reports, PM Reports, Check sheet of Machine.
To maintain the records as per (ISO) MTBF, MTTR
Installation of new machine
